By purchasing from or using Empire Marketplace, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing any order.

1. Products

Empire Marketplace sells four types of products: digital downloads (PDFs and templates), royalty-free music tracks, AI-generated stock images, and print-on-demand physical merchandise. Product descriptions specify the type and format before purchase.

2. Digital Product Licence

Digital downloads and music tracks are licensed for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share files with third parties, upload them to any public platform, or use them to create competing products. Music licensed for commercial use (e.g. YouTube monetisation) is covered by the licence tier purchased at checkout.

3. Physical Products

Print-on-demand merchandise is fulfilled by Printful. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. We accept returns or replacements for defective or incorrect items — contact us within 30 days of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Digital downloads and music tracks are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, due to their digital nature. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will resolve it. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Physical merchandise follows the returns policy in section 3.

5. Download Expiry

Download links are time-limited. If your link expires before you can download, contact us and we will issue a new one at no charge.

6. Accuracy of Content

Our products are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice. Consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Empire Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
